Where is the salon?

I am located at Untangled Salon at 1200 Capuchino Ave, Burlingame, CA off of Broadway and Capuchino ave.

How do I know i’ll be happy with my hair?

Your happiness with your hair is always my priority! Your visit will begin with a thorough consultation where we’ll talk about your hair history, your goals for this appointment, and what you’d like to achieve over time.

If you’re feeling unsure or undecided, I’m here to offer my recommendations and we collaborate on a plan that feels right for us both. We’ll make sure we’re on the same page before we begin so you’ll be happy with the results. 😊

How long will my appointment be?

Haircut add-on +30 mins

Mini highlight Session - 2 hrs

Half head highlight Session - 2.5 hrs

Full highlight session - 3 hrs

Medium/Long Haircut with blowdry - 1 hr

I can’t speed up your appointment and can always adjust the start time. Plan to arrive on time and be out on time!

How will I know how much this will cost?

All my prices are listed here on my website. There are no hidden fees. The only time your pricing would change is if you change your services during our in-person consultation. If you do not already have a plan for the cost of a color service you need, please fill out this form.

Where do I park?

There is plenty of residential and street parking available off of Capuchino and Broadway along with a parking lot behind the salon off of Capuchino as well. I do recommend arriving to your first appointment 5 minutes early just in case.

When should I wash my hair before my appointment?

It is preferred (not required) to have your hair washed / blow dried the day before your appointment if possible with little products added.Totally ok if not! Arrive as you are.

What if I am unhappy with how my hair turns out?
