Cancellation Policy

I value your time and truly appreciate you valuing mine as well. To keep my schedule running smoothly for all guests, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

New client appointments are secured with a deposit, which is applied toward your service total at checkout. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

For returning guests, late cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in 50% of the reserved service being charged to the card on file.

If you need to adjust or remove services from your appointment, please text in advance so I can update timing accordingly. Services not adjusted prior to your visit may be charged in full, as that time has been reserved especially for you.

On the day of your appointment, please text (408) 817-0996 if you are running more than 5 minutes late. Depending on timing, we may need to adjust what we’re able to complete so I can stay on schedule for the next guest.

Refunds are not offered on services or products. However, your happiness matters deeply to me. If you are not 100% satisfied, please reach out within 7 days so we can discuss any adjustments. Complimentary redos are available when aligned with our original consultation plan. Changes of mind or new directions would be considered a new service.

Clothing & Personal Items

Please wear clothing you feel comfortable in and don’t mind potentially getting lightly damp or stained during your service. You’re always welcome to bring a change of clothes if that makes you feel more at ease.

While I take great care to protect you and your belongings, hair color and styling products can occasionally come into contact with clothing or accessories. I recommend removing and safely storing hoop or dangle earrings before we begin.

Although I am always mindful and careful throughout your appointment, I cannot be responsible for damage or loss to clothing, jewelry, or personal items during your visit. I truly appreciate your understanding and partnership in helping protect your belongings.
